Clinical Efficacy of Video-Assisted Sinus Cauterization Combined with Closing of Flap Internal Opening in Treating Anal Sinusitis
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods From May 2021 to March 2023,total 78 patients with anal sinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the obser-vation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional one-time incision and drainage combined with sinus resection while the observation group was treated with video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening.The cure rate,healing time,Wexner score of anal function and complica-tions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the ob-servation group was 100.0％,which was significantly higher than 84.6％of the control group,with statis-tically significant differences(P＜0.05).The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The Wexner score of anal function of the observation group was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group,and the complication scores of 2,5 and 10 days after opera-tion were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted sinus cauterization combined with closing of flap internal opening is a more effective and faster healing operative treatment for anal sinusitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
