Clinical Efficacy of Jianpi Qingre Shengji Formula Combined with Mesalazine in Treating Damp-Heat Type of Ulcerative Colitis and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qingre Shengji Formula combined with mesalazine in the treatment of damp-heat type of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its effect on inflammatory fac-tors of PLR,NLR and CRP.Methods From January 2020 to March 2023,total 90 patients with UC ad-mitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given mesalazine treatment,and the observation group was given enema treatment of Jianpi Qingre Shengji Formula on the basis of the control group,for 6 weeks.After treatment,the efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the TCM syndrome score(TCMSS)of both groups were evaluated,and the correlation between the effica-cy index and PLR,NLR,CRP was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.78％VS 84.44％,P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the TCMSS,the modified Mayo score,Geboes index and the levels of PLR,NLR and CRP were decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The efficacy index was positively correlated with PLR,NLR and CRP(P＜0.05).Conclusion The oral treatment of Jianpi Qingre Shengji Formula combined with mesalazine is effective in treating damp-heat type of UC,which can effectively restore the levels of PLR,NLR and CRP in peripheral blood,reduce inflammatory re-sponse,improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
