Effect of Fast Track Surgery Concept on Postoperative Recovery and Complications of Perioperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer
Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery concept on promoting postoperative re-covery and reducing complications of perioperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods From Janu-ary 2021 to March 2023,total 62 patients with colorectal cancer were selected in our hospital,and were di-vided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group used the concept of fast track surgery on the basis of the control group.The score of psychological state,pain degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nurs-ing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.90％,which was lower than 38.71％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion After the application of fast track surgery concept in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer,it can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,relieve postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
