Effect of Specific Nursing for Pain Based on Magnetic Nursing Concept for Postoperative Perianal Abscess
Objective To investigate the effect of specific nursing for pain based on magnetic nursing concept for postoperative perianal abscess. Methods From January 2021 to April 2022,total 96 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing methods, with 48 cases in each group. The observation group was given specific nursing for pain based on magnetic nursing concept, while the control group was given routine nursing. The scores of numerical rating scale(NRS),comfort rating(Kolcaba),Pittsburgh sleep quality questionnaire(PSQI),nursing quality, and complications were compared between the two groups 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation. Results After intervention, the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at each time point after operation(P<0.05).The improvement of Kolcaba score and PSQI score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as wound infection,uri-nary retention and constipation in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The specific nursing for pain based on magnetic nursing concept can sig-nificantly relieve postoperative pain, improve the comfort level and sleep quality of patients, increase the nursing quality, reduce the incidence of complications, which has high clinical application value and is wor-thy of further promotion.
