Effect of Family Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Postpartum Patients with Hemorrhoid-al Operation
Objective To investigate the effect of family nursing combined with psychological interven-tion on postpartum patients with hemorrhoidal operation.Methods From April 2020 to April 2023,total 60 postpartum patients with hemorrhoidal operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided in-to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with family nursing combined with psychological intervention after operation while the control group was treated with conventional nursing after operation.The nursing effect,incision exudation score,granulation tissue score,first defecation time,discharge time and complications of the two groups were ob-served and compared.Results The incision exudation score and granulation tissue score of the observa-tion group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The first defecation time and discharge time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The psychological score,comfort score and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Family nursing combined with psychological inter-vention for postpartum patients with hemorrhoidal operation can achieve satisfactory results,reduce pain,promote patient recovery and improve the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
