摘要
目的:探究在直肠癌患者行保肛手术中行末端回肠保护性造口对肠功能恢复和并发症发生率的影响.方法:选取2020年12月至2022年12月我院收治的80例直肠癌行保肛手术患者作为研究参与者,根据是否进行末端回肠保护性造口分组,其中观察组39例行末端回肠保护性造口,对照组41例未行末端回肠保护性造口,比较2组患者术后肠功能恢复情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生率及炎症指标水平.结果:观察组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率、术后3 d炎症指标水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:在直肠癌患者保肛手术中进行末端回肠保护性造口可以改善患者的肠功能、减少并发症,降低炎症指标水平,加快患者康复.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of terminal protective ileostomy on intestinal function re-covery and incidence of complication in rectal cancer patients undergoing anal preservation operation.Methods Total 80 patients with rectal cancer who underwent anal preservation operation in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study participants and grouped according to whether or not a terminal protective ileostomy was performed.Total 39 patients in the observation group underwent terminal protective ileostomy,while 41 patients in the control group did not.The postoperative intestinal function recovery,postoperative recovery,incidence of postoperative complications and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative intestinal function recovery time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications and the levels of inflamma-tory factors 3 days after operation of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Terminal protective ileostomy during anal preservation operation in rectal cancer patients can improve the intestinal function,reduce complications,lower the levels of inflammatory factors,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
