Effect of Risk Management and Control Under FMEA Mode on Incidence of Postoperative Pressure Ulcer in Colorectal Cancer Patients with Colostomy
Objective To analyze the effect of risk management and control under failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)mode on the incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer in colorectal cancer patients with colostomy. Methods Total 160 patients with colostomy in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and patients in the observation group were given risk man-agement and control nursing under FMEA mode on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were nursed for 2 weeks. The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer, risk priority number(RPN)of pressure ulcer occurrence, knowledge awareness of pressure ulcer and nursing compliance of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing, the RPN value of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knowl-edge awareness of pressure ulcer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management and control under FMEA mode can effectively lower the occur-rence of pressure ulcers in patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy, reduce the RPN value of pres-sure ulcers, and improve the awareness and nursing compliance of patients with pressure ulcers.
