Clinical Value of High Frequency Ultrasound Combined with Low Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Intus-susception
Objective To study the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound(HFUS)combined with low frequency ultrasound(LFUS)in the diagnosis of intussusception.Methods Total 62 patients with suspected intussusception diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 were included in the study.HFUS,LFUS and the combination of HFUS and LFUS were used for diagnosis.The results of X-ray barium enema were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy,diagnostic coincidence rate and detection rate of typical signs of different diagnostic methods.Results There were significant differences in the results of the three examination methods.The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of HFUS combined with LFUS were better than those of HFUS or LFUS alone(P＜0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rates of combined examination for types of intussusception were 96.15％,90.00％and 100.00％,respectively,which were higher than those of HFU or LFUS alone(P＜0.05).The diagnostic rates of combined examination for typical signs of intussusception were 100.00％,95.16％and 98.39％,respectively,which were higher than those of HFU or LFUS alone(P＜0.05).Conclusion HFUS combined with LFUS has high clinical value in the diagnosis of intussusception,which can effectively improve the diagnostic coincidence rate and diagnostic accuracy,and has high diagnostic effi-cacy.
