Objective To observe the application effect of Linggui Xiexin Decoction after colon polyps operation under electronic colonoscopy.Methods Total 76 patients with colon polyps resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was not given any drug treatment,while the observation group was given Linggui Xiexin Decoction,both were reexamined by electronic colonoscopy 6 months later.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores in both groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Linggui Xiexin Decoction can relieve the clini-cal symptoms of patients after colon polyps operation under colonoscopy and prevent recurrence,which has significant efficacy.
