Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Fluid combined with three-space drainage in treating perianal abscess.Methods Total 88 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with incision,drainage and thread-drawing sur-gery,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Fluid combined with three-space drainage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including pain scores of patients on the 1st and 7th day after surgery,levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)on the 3rd day after surgery,and postoperative complications,intraoperative blood loss,wound heal-ing time,hospital stay,Wexner constipation score before and after surgery.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 3rd day after surgery(P＜0.05).Three days after surgery,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the obser-vation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter wound healing time and hospital stay(P＜0.05).Postoperative Wexner constipation score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Fluid combined with three-space drainage is effective in the treat-ment of perianal abscess,which can not only alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of postoperative complications,but also reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and promote the recovery of wound and anal function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
