Application Effect of Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment Combined with Water-Filtered Infrared-A Irradiation in Patients with Postoperative Perianal Abscess

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏联合威伐光照射在肛周脓肿患者术后的应用效果.方法:将2020年6月至2023年6月我院收治的80例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为对照组和联合组,每组40例.对照组患者采用威伐光照射治疗,联合组患者在对照组治疗的基础上增加湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察比较不同治疗方案对肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛和创面愈合等情况.结果:2组患者术后1 d疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),联合组患者3 d、5 d、7 d疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);联合组患者术后症状消退时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05);联合组患者术后创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);术后1 d 2组患者创面面积比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),联合组患者术后10 d、20 d创面面积明显小于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:湿润烧伤膏联合威伐光照射用于肛周脓肿患者术后,可减轻其疼痛,缩小创面面积,缩短症状消退时间和创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To observe the application effect of moisture exposed burn ointment(MEBO)combined with water-filtered infrared-A(WIRA)irradiation in patients with postoperative perianal ab-scess.Methods Total 80 patients with postoperative perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with WIRA irradiation,and the combined group was treated with MEBO on the treatment basis of the control group.The postoperative pain and wound healing were ob-served and compared between different treatment regimens.Results There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups 1 day after operation(P＞0.05),and the pain score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group 3,5,and 7 days after operation(P＜0.05).The postoperative symptom relief time of the combined group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The postoperative wound healing rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in wound area be-tween the two groups 1 day after operation(P＞0.05),and the wound area of the combined group was significantly smaller than that of the control group 10 and 20 days after operation(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The application of MEBO combined with WIRA irradiation in patients with postoperative perianal abscess can relieve pain,reduce wound area,shorten symptom relief time and wound healing time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
