Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care and psychological nursing in patients with rectal cancer.Methods Total 80 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received humanistic care and psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and disease knowledge mastery of patients in the two groups were com-pared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the two groups were improved,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health knowl-edge mastery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Clinical implementation of humanistic care and psychological nursing for rectal cancer patients can obviously improve the quality of life of patients and their mastery of disease knowledge,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
