Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive warming measures on body temperature and anesthesia resuscitation during laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer. Methods Total 60 pa-tients with radical resection of colon cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional warming measures, while the observation group was treated with comprehensive warming measures. The body temperature be-fore operation, during operation and at the end of operation, the recovery time of autonomous respiration,a-wakening time and extubation time were compared between the two groups. The perioperative complica-tions of intraoperative hypothermia, shivering and restlessness were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature and the pre-operative body temperature in the observation group(P>0.05),while the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature was lower than the pre-operative body temperature in the control group, and the intraoperative and post-operative body temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of autonomous respiration, awakening time and extu-bation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inci-dence of hypothermia, shivering and restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive warming measures can keep the body temperature stable during laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer, promote postoperative anesthesia recovery, and reduce the incidence of perioperative complications.
