Objective To analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in ancient Chi-nese medical books in treatment of anal cryptitis based on data mining.Methods The Chinese Medical Code(5th Edition)was used as the database,with anal cryptitis as the search term,and the relevant pre-scription information was searched.The prescriptions were screened according to the inclusion and exclu-sion criteria,and analyzed by using the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records.Results A total of 140 prescriptions were included,involving 251 Chinese medicinals,with a total frequency of 1463,among which the high-frequency Chinese medicinals were Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Huaihua(Sophorae Flos),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Zhiqiao(Aurantii Fructus)and Jingjiesui(Schi-zonepetae Spica).They are mainly warm,cold and slightly cold in four properties and mostly bitter,acrid and sweet in five tastes.Liver,spleen,lung and stomach are the main channel tropism.The main efficacy is to clear heat and dry dampness,cool blood and stop bleeding,purge fire and remove toxin.Association rules suggested that Huaihua-Jingjiesui,Zhiqiao-Jingjiesui,Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)-Huanglian were the common medicinal pairs.Conclusion The treatment of anal cryptitis mainly focuses on clearing heat,removing toxin and cooling blood.
