Regularity of Acupoint Selection in Acupuncture Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation
Objective To analyze the regularity of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)by using data mining technology.Methods Literatures on acupuncture treat-ment of slow transit constipation(STC)in CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database from January 2013 to May 2023 were searched to obtain the effective acupuncture prescription,and the data were processed by Office Excel 2019.SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for correlation cluster a-nalysis of acupoints.Results A total of 55 effective acupuncture prescriptions were obtained,involving 48 acupoints,among which Tianshu acupoint was the most frequently used(13.86％).There were 13 chan-nels involved,among which the stomach channel,conception vessel and bladder channel were used most frequently(66.78％).The most acupoints were selected in the chest and abdomen(40.59％)and the lower extremity(31.35％).The top three most frequently used specific acupoints were five transport acupoints(27.11％),alarm acupoint(25.35％)and lower sea acupoint(19.72％).Association rule analysis showed that the highest correlation acupoint group was Tianshu-Zusanli.Cluster analysis showed that Zusanli,Shangjuxu and Tianshu were all used in the treatment of STC.Conclusion The use of specific points are emphasized in acupuncture treatment of STC,including the combination of sea acupoint and alarm acu-point,transport acupoint and alarm acupoint,proximal and distal combination,front and back compatibili-ty,and selecting the corresponding acupoints according to the syndrome.
