清创引流联合负压封闭引流术治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎70例疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨清创引流联合负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎的临床效果.方法:选取 2019 年 7 月至2023 年 7 月,本院收治的 140 例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各 70 例.观察组采用清创引流联合VSD治疗,对照组采用清创引流术治疗.观察比较 2 组临床疗效及炎症因子水平.结果:治疗后,观察组临床有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的 82.85%(P<0.05),手术次数、抗生素使用时间与住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:清创引流联合 VSD治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎能够提高疗效,缩短住院时间,降低炎症因子水平,安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of debridement and drainage combined with vacu-um sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis.Methods Total 140 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2023 were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with debridement and drainage combined with VSD,while the control group was treated with de-bridement and drainage.The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were ob-served and compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate was 97.14%in the observation group,which was higher than 82.85%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation times,duration of antibiotic use and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Leukocyte and C-reactive protein levels of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Debridement and drainage combined with VSD in the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis can improve the efficacy,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the inflammatory factor levels,and have high safety.
