Clinical Efficacy of Debridement and Drainage Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in Treatment of 70 Cases of Perianal Necrotizing Fasciitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of debridement and drainage combined with vacu-um sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Total 140 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2023 were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with debridement and drainage combined with VSD,while the control group was treated with de-bridement and drainage. The clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were ob-served and compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate was 97.14%in the observation group, which was higher than 82.85%in the control group(P<0.05).The operation times, duration of antibiotic use and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Leukocyte and C-reactive protein levels of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Debridement and drainage combined with VSD in the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis can improve the efficacy, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the inflammatory factor levels, and have high safety.
