Clinical Efficacy of High Hanging and Low Incision Surgery in Treatment of 40 Cases of Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of high hanging and low incision surgery in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods From December 2022 to November 2023,total 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated by surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with high hanging and low in-cision surgery, while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time, edema, pain, bleeding and anal distention were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).But the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of postoperative edema cases of the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of pain, bleeding and anal distension on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with high hanging and low incision surgery can effectively shorten the wound healing time,re-duce postoperative pain, bleeding, anal distension and edema, and improve the postoperative quality of life of patients, which has good clinical application value.
