Observation on Analgesic Effect of Pricking and Cupping at Acupoints of Changqiang and Chengshan for Mixed Hemorrhoids after Operation
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Chan-gqiang and Chengshan for mixed hemorrhoids after operation. Methods Total 140 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Changqiang and Chengshan on the 1st,3rd and 5th days after operation, while the control group was treated with acetamin-ophen tramal tablet orally after operation. The degree of postoperative pain and adverse reactions were ob-served and compared between the two groups. Results The pain relief rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery(P<0.05),and the pain score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of pain in the observation group was later than that in the control group, and the time for pain relief and the first defecation were both earlier than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking and cupping at the acupoints of Changqiang and Chengshan for mixed hem-orrhoids after operation can achieve good analgesic effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. This method is simple, low cost and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
