Clinical Efficacy of Zhitongning Lotion in Treating 35 Cases of Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids
Objective To investigate the effect of fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Zhitongning Lotion on postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2020 to March 2022,total 70 patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The observation group was given fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Zhitongning Lotion while the control group was given Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing.The degree of postoperative pain was observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After mixed hemorrhoids op-eration,the use of fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Zhitongning Lotion can quickly relieve postoper-ative pain,and the clinical effect is good,which is worthy of promotion and application.
