Nursing Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation and Washing Combined with Infrared Irradiation for Postpartum Hemorrhoidal Pain
Objective To observe the nursing effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with infrared irradiation for postpartum hemorrhoidal pain.Methods From October 2022 to November 2023,total 86 patients with hemorrhoidal pain after natural delivery were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local apply-ing hot soaks of 50%magnesium sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal fu-migation and washing combined with infrared irradiation.The pain scores,hemorrhoidal nucleus diameter and comfort level of the two groups were observed and compared at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after delivery.Results The pain scores and the diameter of hemorrhoidal nucleus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24 h,48 h and 72 h after delivery(P<0.05),and the comfort scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with infrared irradiation in the treatment of postpar-tum hemorrhoidal pain has significant effect,and can effectively relieve maternal pain,reduce the hemor-rhoidal nucleus,and improve maternal comfort,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
