复方生肌膏用于肛瘘术后创面愈合的效果观察

摘要
目的:研究复方生肌膏用于肛瘘术后创面愈合的效果.方法:选择 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月,医院收治的 72例肛瘘患者,依据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组 36 例.观察组应用复方生肌膏纱条换药,对照组应用凡士林纱条换药.对比 2 组术后不同时间点创面分泌物评分、肉芽组织评分、创面愈合率及愈合时间等指标.结果:观察组术后第 7 天创面分泌物评分和创面疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后第 7 天和第 14 天,观察组肉芽组织评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后第 7、14 和 21 天观察组创面愈合率均高于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).术后 1个月观察组肛门功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).但 2 组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:肛瘘术后应用复方生肌膏纱条换药能够减少创面分泌物,促进肉芽组织生长,减轻患者疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Compound Shengji Ointment on wound healing after anal fistula operation.Methods A total of 72 patients with anal fistula who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number method.The observation group was given Compound Shengji Ointment gauze dressing change,while the control group was given Vaseline gauze dressing change.Wound exudate score,granula-tion tissue score,wound healing rate and healing time were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The wound exudate score and wound pain score of the observation group were low-er than those of the control group on the 7th day after operation(P<0.05).The granulation tissue score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 7th and 14th day after operation(P<0.05),and the wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observa-tion group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anal function score of the observa-tion group was significantly lower than that of the control group one month after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu-sion Application of Compound Shengji Ointment gauze dressing change after anal fistula operation can re-duce exudate from the wound,promote the growth of granulation tissue,alleviate patients'pain,shorten wound healing time,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
