Clinical Efficacy of Sitz Bath with Cangpu Lotion for Dampness Heat Pouring Down Type of Postoperative A-nal Fistula
Objective To observe the clinical effect of sitz bath with Cangpu Lotion for dampness heat pouring down type of postoperative anal fistula.Methods From July 2023 to November 2023,total 60 patients with postoperative anal fistula admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with thread-drawing sur-gery for anal fistula.The observation group was treated with fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Cang-pu Lotion while the control group was treated with fumigation,washing and sitz bath with 1∶5 000 potas-sium permanganate solution.Wound healing time,edema disappearance time,exudate disappearance time and wound pain were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time,edema dis-appearance time and exudate disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Cangpu Lotion after anal fistula operation can effectively relieve postoperative pain and edema,accelerate wound healing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
