温阳通便汤对阳虚型慢传输型便秘患者肠道菌群的影响

摘要
目的:探究温阳通便汤对阳虚型慢传输型便秘(STC)患者肠道菌群的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 5 月至 2023 年 5月,本院收治的 60 例阳虚型 STC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各 30 例.对照组给予莫沙必利口服治疗,治疗组给予温阳通便汤口服治疗.治疗 2 周后评定临床症状评分和疗效,并收集患者粪便标本进行 16 SrDNA 高通量测序检测,观察治疗前后肠道菌群的变化.结果:治疗组临床症状评分改善情况较对照组更明显(P<0.05),总有效率更高(P<0.05).2 组患者治疗前后各自主要菌群组成无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组用药后粪便菌群中未见常见有益菌的明显增加或有害菌的明显减少.结论:温阳通便汤口服治疗阳虚型慢传输型便秘临床疗效显著,但其作用机理与肠道菌群调节无明显关系.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Tongbian Decoction on intestinal flora in pa-tients with yang deficiency type of slow transit constipation(STC).Methods From May 2020 to May 2023,total 60 patients with yang deficiency type of STC admitted to our hospital were randomly divided in-to treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral treat-ment of Mosapride,while the treatment group was given oral treatment of Wenyang Tongbian Decoction.Clinical symptom score and efficacy were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment,and stool samples of pa-tients were collected for 16 SrDNA high-throughput sequencing to observe the changes of intestinal flora before and after treatment.Results The improvement of clinical symptom score in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the composition of main intestinal flora in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant increase of common beneficial bacteria or de-crease of harmful bacteria in the fecal bacteria of the treatment group after treatment.Conclusion Wen-yang Tongbian Decoction is effective in treating yang deficiency type of slow transit constipation,but its mechanism has no obvious relationship with the regulation of intestinal flora.
