Effect of Network Extended Care on Medical Compliance and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of network extended nursing intervention on medical com-pliance and self-care ability of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Methods Total 67 patients with inflammatory bowel disease treated in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were random-ly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was combined with network extended nurs-ing intervention on the basis of the control group. The medical compliance behavior,self-care ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant differ-ence in medical compliance behavior and self-care ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the compliance behavior of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with inflammatory bowel disease, the use of network extended nursing intervention can improve their medical compliance, enhance self-care ability, and increase patient satisfac-tion.
