Clinical Efficacy of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Induced Con-stipation
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)induced constipation. Methods Total 62 patients with postpartum PFD induced constipation treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life, constipation improvement and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in scores of quality of life and constipation symptom between the two groups(P>0.05).After interven-tion,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the constipation symptom score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Class I fiber muscle strength, class II fiber muscle strength and maximum vaginal pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group 6 months after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can not only improve the symptoms of constipation, but also enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength and the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotin and application.
