Application Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Sufentanil in Rectal Cancer Operation
Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in patients un-dergoing rectal cancer operation. Methods Total 82 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(42 cases).Sufentanil was used to maintain anesthesia in the control group, while dexmedetomidine was used to maintain anesthesia in the observation group on the basis of the control group. The anesthetic effect,he-modynamic indexes, quality of recovery, pain and postoperative complications of the two groups were com-pared.Results The anesthetic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with T0(before anesthesia induction),the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)of both groups were decreased at 20 min after operation(T1),and the MAP level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at T1 and 5 min after extubation(T2)(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time, tracheal intubation time and PACU hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pain and sedation scores at 3 h,12 h and 24 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The in-cidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine has obvious analgesic effect in rectal cancer operation, which can not only improve the quality of recovery of patients, stabilize the hemodynamic state, but also reduce postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
