Effect of Local Ozone Combined with External Application of Sanyu Xiaotong Powder on Wound Healing after High Anal Fistula Operation
Objective To analyze the effect of local ozone combined with external application of Sanyu Xiaotong Powder on wound healing after high anal fistula operation.Methods A total of 86 patients un-dergoing high anal fistulectomy in our hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(45 cases).After the operation,patients in the control group were treated with local ozone treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with local ozone combined with external application of Sanyu Xiaotong Powder.The scores of postoperative wound pain,exudation and swelling,apoptotic molecule expression and wound healing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,exudation and swelling,and the expressions of Bax,caspase-3 and P53 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 15th days after operation(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was sig-nificantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of local ozone combined with external application of Sanyu Xiaotong Powder can significantly reduce pain and swelling,and promote wound healing in patients with anal fistula.
