Effect of Clustered Nursing of Washing,Fumigation and Applying on Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Perianal Abscess
Objective To analyze the effect of clustered nursing of washing, fumigation and applying on patients with perianal abscess after operation. Methods Total 66 patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation, while patients in the observation group received clustered nursing of washing, fumigation and applying. The postoperative recovery, quality of life(QOL),nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The anal pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).The QOL scores and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered nursing of washing, fumigation and applying for patients with perianal abscess can not only reduce pain and wound edema, but also promote postoperative recovery of patients, improve QOL and nursing satisfaction.
