Effect of Lean Nursing Combined with Interactive Health Education for Patients with Ulcerative Colitis
Objective To explore the effect of lean nursing combined with interactive health education for patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods Total 40 patients with UC admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by lottery method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given lean nursing combined with interactive health education on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and improvement of adverse emotions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(100.0％vs 80.0％,P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of adverse emotions of the two groups were reduced to different degrees,which were lower in the observation group than in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lean nursing combined with interactive health education can im-prove the clinical treatment effect of patients with UC and improve their adverse emotions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
