Objective To investigate the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods The data of 150 patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were reviewed and divided into two groups:no hypothermia group(100 cases, control group for short hereinafter)and hypothermia group(50 cases, study group for short hereinafter)according to whether hypothermia occurred during the operation. The risk factors of hypothermia were analyzed by single factor and logistic regression. Results There were significant differences in age, body mass index(BMI),anesthesia time, intraoperative blood transfusion, intraoperative infusion volume and intraoperative blood loss between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,BMI,anesthesia time,intraoper-ative blood transfusion and intraoperative infusion volume were independent factors affecting the occur-rence of intraoperative hypothermia(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraoperative body temperature of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer operation is influenced by multiple factors. For patients who are aged, thin, anesthetic for a long time, and have large intraoperative blood transfusion or infusion volume, attention should be paid and active intervention should be made to avoid hypothermia.
