Effect of Timing Press Needling on Gastrointestinal Function of Postoperative Colorectal Cancer Based on The-ory of Ebb and Flow of Midnight and Midday
Objective To investigate the effect of timing press needling on gastrointestinal function of postoperative colorectal cancer based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday.Methods Total 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with timing press needling based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday.The efficacy,sleep quality and recovery of gastro-intestinal function of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate and the scores of sleep quality and quality of life of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound,the first anal exhaust time and feeding start time were earlier than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The timing press needling based on theory of ebb and flow of midnight and midday can improve the therapeutic effect,the quality of life and sleep of patients,and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of clinical application.
