Effects of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer on Surgical Indexes,Inflammatory Factors and Complications
Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer on sur-gical indicators, inflammatory factors and postoperative complications. Methods Total 80 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparo-scopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, while the control group received traditional open surgery. The surgical indicators, inflammatory factors and complications of the two groups were observed and com-pared.Results After treatment, the levels of surgical indicators, inflammatory factors and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection in patients with colorectal cancer can significantly improve the levels of surgical indicators and inflammatory factors, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
