摘要
目的:探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)联合金属夹治疗结直肠息肉的疗效.方法:回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年2月,本院230例EMR术联合金属夹治疗的结直肠息肉患者临床资料,观察比较临床疗效及术后并发症情况.结果:230例患者均全部治愈,有效率为100％,术后无创面受损和金属夹早期脱落造成的迟发性出血,无感染,无息肉电凝切除术后综合征及肠穿孔等并发症.结论:采用EMR术联合金属夹治疗结直肠息肉,治疗效果确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)combined with metal clips in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods The clinical data of 230 patients with colorec-tal polyps treated by EMR combined with metal clips from June 2021 to February 2023 were retrospective-ly analyzed.The clinical effect and complications were observed and compared.Results All the 230 pa-tients were cured,and the effective rate was 100％.There was no delayed bleeding caused by wound dam-age and early shedding of metal clips,no infection,no complications such as postoperative syndrome of electrocoagulation polypectomy and intestinal perforation.Conclusion The treatment of colorectal pol-yps by EMR combined with metal clip is effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical promotion and ap-plication.
