Effects of Expression Levels of VEGF,EGFR,CD34 and CD105 on Pathological Changes of Internal Hemor-rhoids in Different Stages
Objective To investigate the effects of the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),proteins CD34 and CD105 on the pathological changes of internal hemorrhoids in different stages. Methods Total 120 patients with internal hemor-rhoids treated in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were divided into stage Ⅱ group(35 ca-ses),stage Ⅲ group(45 cases)and stage Ⅳ group(40 cases)according to the staging of internal hemor-rhoids.Immunohistochemical tests were performed to observe the relationship between the expression of VEGF,EGFR,CD34 and CD105,the staging of internal hemorrhoids and microvascular density(M VD).Results VEGF,EGFR,CD34 and CD105 were expressed in all three groups, and the expressions enhanced gradually with the increase of internal hemorrhoid staging. The levels of VEGF,EGFR,CD34 and CD105 in the stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ groups were significantly higher than those in the stage Ⅱ group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ groups(P>0.05).By counting the MVD of internal hemorrhoids,it was found that the most hemorrhoids were in stage Ⅲ,followed by stage Ⅳ,and stage Ⅱ was the least. Conclusion With the progression of internal hemorrhoids, the ex-pression of VEGF,EGFR,CD34 and CD105 and MVD enhanced gradually from stage Ⅱ to stage Ⅲ,while the expression reduced relatively from stage Ⅲ to stage Ⅳ.The pathogenesis of internal hemorrhoids is closely related to the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and the proliferation of new vessels.
