Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Perianal Muscle Preservation Operation in Treatment of Anal Fistula
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of perianal muscle preservation operation in the treat-ment of anal fistula. Methods Total 40 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with perianal muscle preservation operation, while the control group re-ceived traditional fistulectomy. The clinical efficacy, operation time, the length of hospital stay and postop-erative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complica-tions was lower than that of the control group, and the operation time and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perianal muscle preservation operation is effective in the treatment of anal fistula. It can not only significantly re-duce the pain of patients, but also shorten the duration of operation and hospital stay, which has a high clinical promotion value.
