Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Lesion Resection and Stamp Skin Grafting in Situ Combined with External Ap-plication of Fibroblast Growth Factor in Treatment of Sacrococcygeal Pilose Sinus
Objective To observe the clinical effect of lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ combined with external application of fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilous si-nus.Methods Total 36 patients with sacrococcygeal pilaris sinus admitted to department of coloproctol-ogy in our hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ. The observation group was given acid fibroblast growth factor on the 4th day after op-eration,while the control group received routine surgical dressing. The granulation growth, postoperative complications and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of granulation growth was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lesion resection and stamp skin grafting in situ combined with external application of acid fibroblast growth factor in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pilous sinus can promote the growth of wound granulation tissue and shorten the wound healing time, which is worthy of clinical application.
