Nursing Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation,Washing and Sitz Bath Combined with Microwave Physiotherapy for Postoperative Anorectal Diseases
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath combined with microwave physiotherapy for postoperative anorectal diseases.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,total 120 patients with anorectal surgery admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing and potassium permanganate solution fumigation,washing and sitz bath.The observation group 1 was combined with Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath on the basis of the control group,and the observation group 2 was combined with microwave physio-therapy intervention on the basis of the observation group l.The postoperative pain level,the time for bowel movement,wound healing and edema disappearance were compared betwen the 3 groups.Results One day after surgery,there was no significant difference in the pain scores between 3 groups(P＞0.05),and the pain scores of 3,7 and 14 days after surgery were gradually decreased,which were lower in the observation group 2 than in the observation group 1 and control group(P＜0.05).The time for bow-el movement,wound healing and edema disappearance in the observation group 2 were significantly shorter than those in the observation group 1 and control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group 1 and observation group 2 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group 2 was significantly higher than that of the obser-vation group 1 and control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation,washing and sitz bath combined with microwave physiotherapy can significantly reduce the level of postoperative pain,shorten the time for bowel movement,wound healing and edema duration,reduce the incidence of postop-erative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients with postoperative anorectal diseases.
