Clinical Efficacy of Dressing Change of Huanglian Plaster in Promoting Postoperative Wound Healing of Ano-rectal Diseases
Objective To investigate the efficacy of dressing change of Huanglian Plaster in promoting postoperative wound healing of anorectal diseases.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with anorectal diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Chinese herbal sitz bath and Vaseline gauze dressing change after operation,and the treatment group received Chinese herbal sitz bath and Huanglian Plaster gauze dressing change.After 7 days of continuous treatment,the wound pain,edema and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical effi-cacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of pain and edema were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Plaster gauze dressing change applied on postoperative wound of anorectal diseases can improve clinical efficacy,reduce complica-tions and accelerate wound healing.
