Application of Intensive Hypothermia Nursing in Operating Room in Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Rectal Cancer
Objective To investigate the application value of intensive hypothermia nursing in operating room in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods From January to December 2022,total 52 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 26 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing,and the observation group was given routine nursing combined with intensive hypo-thermia nursing in the operating room.The temperature(T),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),postoperative rehabilitation indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in T,SBP and DBP between the two groups(P＞0.05).After operation,the reduction of T,SBP and DBP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion During laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,intensive hypothermia nursing in the operating room can stabilize vital signs,promote early postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
