Effect of Transitional Nursing Intervention of Hospital-Community-Family on Hemorrhoidal Operation
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family on patients with hemorrhoidal operation.Methods From February 2020 to February 2023,total 66 patients with hemorrhoidal operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by routine nursing methods,and the observation group was combined with transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The psychological state,pain de-gree,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state,pain degree,self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the psychological state and pain degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the self-care ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional nursing intervention of hospital-community-family for patients with hemorrhoidal operation can help stabilize patients'psychological emotions,relieve pain degree,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion and ap-plication.
