Literature Study on Regularity of Syndrome and Medication of Internal Hemorrhoid
Objective To investigate the regularity of syndrome and syndrome element distribution,and medication of internal hemorrhoids.Methods Database were established in Microsoft EXCEL,using SPSS 26.0 software to analyze the distribution regularity of syndrome and syndrome element of internal hemorrhoids,and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5)was used to conduct de-scriptive statistics and association rule analysis of the medication regularity of internal hemorrhoids.Results A total of 60 literatures were included,including 23 literatures concerned with syndromes and 58 literatures with medication.Syndrome with high frequency include dampness-heat pouring down,spleen de-ficiency and qi collapse,and wind impairing intestinal collateral.Internal hemorrhoids are located in spleen and large intestine,and the common syndrome elements are heat,dampness,qi collapse,wind and blood stasis,involving total 124 drugs.Association rules analysis was conducted based on the screening criteria of 10％,15％,20％support and 70％confidence,and 846,72,and 28 association rules,and 22,19,and 10 core drugs were obtained respectively.Conclusion The pathogenesis of internal hemorrhoids is primary defi-ciency in nature and excess in superficiality,deficiency-excess in complexity.Deficiency in nature includes spleen deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood.Excess in superficiality mainly consists of dampness-heat pou-ring down,intestinal wind-heat toxin and blood stasis.The disease location is in spleen and large intestine,which is closely related to liver and kidneys.Heat,dampness,qi collapse,wind,toxin and qi deficiency are the key pathological factors.The core drugs should be focused and flexibly used according to the symp-toms,to provide references and suggestions for clinical treatment.
