直肠瓣硬化剂注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂型便秘的临床疗效

摘要
目的:探讨直肠瓣硬化剂注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂型便秘的临床效果.方法:回顾2021年5月至2022年5月于临沂市中医医院采用直肠瓣硬化剂注射术治疗的30例直肠黏膜内脱垂型便秘患者资料,分析治疗效果.结果:本组30例患者治愈24例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3％(28/30).术后每次排便时间、排便通畅度、排便不尽感及肛门镜下表现评分均较术前明显改善,P＜0.05.患者术后均无出血、感染、直肠狭窄等并发症.结论:直肠瓣硬化剂注射治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂型便秘疗效确切,且操作简便,术中出血少、并发症少,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rectal valvar injection of sclerosing agent in the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapse related constipation.Methods The data of 30 patients with internal rectal mucosa prolapse related constipation treated by rectal valve sclerotherapy in Linyi TCM hos-pital from May 2021 to May 2022 were retrospected to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results Of the 30 patients,24 cases were cured,4 were effective,2 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3％(28/30).The time of each defecation,patency of defecation,incontinence of defecation and anoscopic per-formance score were significantly improved after operation(P＜0.05).There were no postoperative com-plications such as bleeding,infection and rectal stenosis.Conclusion Rectal valvar injection of sclerosing agent is effective in the treatment of internal rectal mucosa prolapse related constipation,which is easy to operate,with less intraoperative bleeding and complications,and worthy of clinical application.
