摘要
针对重卡轮毂轴承运行在偏载工况下所引起的偏载效应,提出了一种新的滚子轮廓曲线凸度不对称修形的设计方法.利用该方法对重卡轮毂轴承33022的滚子轮廓曲线凸度进行设计,分析了滚子轮廓曲线凸度与接触应力之间的关系.结果表明,当凸度量zm=0.009~0.006 mm时,不对称修行设计方法既避免了边缘效应,又能有效地缓解偏载效应的影响,从而提高了重卡轮毂轴承的承载能力和疲劳寿命.
Abstract
Based on the inclined loading effect on heavy-truck hub bearing under inclined loading conditions,a new design method for non-symmetric convexity modification of roller profile is proposed.By designing the roller profile of 33022 heavy-truck hub bearing,the relationship between curve convexity and contact stress is analyzed.Therefore,it is found from results that,when convex value,z m,is spanned from 0.006 mm to 0.009 mm,the proposed method can avoid the edge effect,as well as effectively reduce the inclined effect so as to enhance the loading capacity and fatigue life of heavy-truck hub bearing.
