摘要

评价反馈是航空应急救援的重要环节,是提高整体质量、寻找短板的重要步骤.本文首先构建了8 个能力评价指标、24 个二级能力评价指标的航空应急能力评价指标体系,由于航空应急救援评价指标具有不确定性与模糊性,指标间存在隶属关系,因此构建了熵权与物元可拓结合的航空应急救援能力评价模型.通过实证分析,得到A地区应急能力评价结果,该方法可应用于每一级别指标等级评价,验证了物元可拓模型在航空应急救援能力评价中的实用性与合理性,具有较高的参考价值.

Abstract

Evaluation feedback is an important part of aviation emergency rescue,which is a crucial step in improving overall quality and identifying shortcomings.This article first constructs an aviation emergency capability evaluation index system consisting of 8 capability evaluation indicators and 24 secondary capability evaluation indicators.Due to the uncertainty and fuzziness of aviation emergency rescue evaluation indicators,there is a membership relationship between the indicators.Therefore,an aviation emergency rescue capability evaluation model combining entropy weight and matter element extension is constructed.Through empirical analysis,the evaluation results of emergency capability in region A were obtained.This method can be applied to the evaluation of each level of indicator level,verifying the practicality and rationality of the matter element extension model in the evaluation of aviation emergency rescue capability,and has high reference value.
