软土中XCC刚性桩复合地基承载特性时效性研究

XCC刚性桩复合地基作为处理软土地基而开发的一种新型刚性桩复合地基,相较于传统的刚性桩复合地基具有承载力高、经济效益好等优势,但目前大部分研究未考虑其受荷时桩、土和垫层随时间变化的影响.针对该问题,开展了软土中XCC刚性桩复合地基承载特性时效性模型试验研究,重点测量和分析了表面沉降变化规律、超孔压消散规律、路堤竖向土压力分布、格栅应变、桩土应力比和桩身轴力变化规律等随时间的变化规律,并分析了不同布桩情况下XCC刚性桩和圆形刚性桩复合地基试验结果的差异性.结果表明:截面形状和布桩方式对刚性桩的固结速率并无影响,而XCC刚性桩和梅花形布桩会减少沉降幅度;荷载施加后,不同刚性桩复合地基的路堤竖向土压力会急剧增加到最大值,然后随时间逐渐减小并趋于一个稳定值,土拱高度也会随时间和荷载的增加而逐渐增大并趋于稳定.相同条件下,XCC刚性桩的桩顶土压力要大于圆形桩,梅花形布桩的桩顶土压力略小于矩形布桩;桩顶上方的格栅应变要明显大于桩间土上方的格栅应变,且随时间的增加应变增速逐渐降低,XCC刚性桩和矩形布桩的格栅应变相对较大;不同类型刚性桩复合地基的桩土应力比随时间和荷载的变化曲线皆呈现出先增大然后下降并趋于稳定的趋势,且XCC刚性桩的桩土应力比要相对于圆桩高出约25%;XCC刚性桩的桩身轴力均随时间增加而逐渐增大直至稳定,且随时间的增加,其桩侧摩阻力逐渐增大,中性点位置逐渐下移.
Study on Time Effect of Bearing Characteristics of XCC Rigid Pile Composite Foundation in Soft Soil
XCC rigid pile composite foundation is a new type of rigid pile composite foundation developed to deal with soft soil foundation.Compared with the traditional rigid pile composite foundation,it has the advantages of high bearing capacity and good economic benefits.But at present,most studies have not considered the influence of pile,soil and cushion changing with time.In order to solve this problem,the model test of bearing time of XCC rieid pile composite foundation in soft soil was carried out,with emphasis on measuring and analyzing the variation law of surface settlement,excess pore pressure dissipation,vertical earth pressure distribution of embankment,grid strain,pile-soil stress ratio and pile axial force with time,and analyzed the difference of test results between XCC rigid pile and circular rigid pile composite foundation under different pile arrangement.The results show that the section shape and pile arrangement have no effect on the consolidation rate of rigid piles,while XCC rigid piles and plum blossom shaped piles reduce the settlement depth;after the load is applied,the vertical earth pressure of embankment of different rigid pile composite foundation sharply increases to the maximum,then gradually decreases with time and tends to a stable value,and the soil arch height gradually increases with the increase of time and load and then tends to be stable.Under the same conditions,the soil pressure at the top of XCC rigid pile are larger than those of circular pile,the soil pressure of plum blossom shaped pile are slightly smaller than that of rectangular pile,the strain of grid above pile top is obviously larger than that of soil between piles,and the strain growth rate decreases gradually with time,and the grid strain of XCC rigid pile and rectangular fabric piles pile is relatively larger.The variation curves of pile-soil stress ratio with time and load of different types of rigid pile composite foundation increase at first and then decrease and tend to be stable,and the pile-soil stress ratio of XCC rigid pile is about 25%higher than that of circular pile.The axial force of rigid pile gradually increases with time until stable,and with the increase of time,the pile side friction increases gradually,and the position of neutral point gradually moves down.
