In order to further strengthen the supervision of special equipment,facilitate enterprises and benefit people,improve work efficiency,and improve service level,we visited and investigated relevant institutions and personnel of special equipment operators'certificates on the spot,learned about the status quo of special equipment operators'certificates,in-depth analyzed the problems faced by relevant parties,sorted out the pilot work of the reform of the electronization of special equipment operators'certificates across the country,and analyzed the pilot results and existing problems.On this basis,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the electronic certificate work of special equipment operators.
