摘要

本文以一起自动扶梯倒溜事故中断裂失效的驱动链为研究对象,分析了该自动扶梯驱动链断裂失效的机理,主要为复合过渡链板折弯转角处的应力集中效应引起的链板疲劳断裂;驱动链中链板表面因热处理工艺不当产生了脱碳现象,明显降低了链板表面硬度,加速了链板的疲劳断裂.同时,就驱动链的链板链接结构选择、热处理工艺及加工装配工艺等方面提出了对策.

Abstract

This paper took the broken drive chain in an escalator reverse accident as the research object,and analyzed the failure mechanism of the escalator drive chain.The surface of the chain plate in the drive chain is decarburized due to improper heat treatment process,which significantly reduces the surface hardness of the chain plate and accelerates the fatigue fracture of the chain plate.It was mainly caused by fatigue fracture of the composite transition chain plate,which was due to the stress concentration effect at the bending corner.At the same time,reasonable countermeasures were put forward on the link structure selection,heat treatment process and processing and assembly process of the drive chain.
