In the TSG 81-2022 Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Defined Fields Safety and Technical Supervision Regulation,it has clarified the specific meaning of factory area,tourist attractions and amusement places,and adjusted the definition of forklifts and sightseeing vehicles,and the scope of supervision of special purpose motor vehicles(Hereinafter referred to as rear vehicles)has also changed.This paper summarizes the supervision process of the vehicle combined with the departmental regulations and safety technical specifications over the years,and on this basis,by comparing with TSG N0001-2017 Regulation on Safety Technology for Special Purpose Motor Vehicles in Special Fields,analyzes the relevant changes from the use area and the specific definition of the vehicle,so as to clarify the boundary of the supervision scope of the vehicle and give reference and reference to relevant practitioners.
