起重机双限位检测方法研究

摘要
起升高度限位器是起重机必备的安全装置,能够有效防止吊载重物过限时起重机自身损坏及安全事故的发生.针对安装双高度限位装置的起重机,本文提出了一种起重机双限位的检测方法.该方法通过将无线LoRa传输技术与宽电压检测技术相结合,实现在安全距离范围内对起重机双高度限位装置进行有效性验证.通过实际验证,该方法能够很好地避免检验过程中起重机冲顶事故的发生.
Abstract
Lifting height stopper is a necessary safety device of crane,damage to the crane itself and safety accidents can be effectively prevented through it,when the lifting of heavy objects over the limit.In this paper,a detection method of double height limit is proposed,aiming at the crane installed with double height limit device.Wireless LoRa transmission technology and wide voltage detection technology are combined by this method,the validity verification of crane double height limit device is realized in the safe distance range.Through the actual verification,the crane toppling accident occurred in the inspection process can be avoided by the method.
