为了减少和评估机械式停车设备关键部件的安全隐患,使用DH5972N仪器,经过确定测点,贴应变片和连接,搭建机械式停车设备长期在线监测系统.本监测系统排除了电磁干扰、湿度等现场不利因素影响,通过严格工艺程序提高监测系统稳定性与测量精确度.制定科学的试验方案,采集机械式停车设备在运行过程中金属结构真实受力状况,为验证机械式停车设备的设计正确性和合理性以及评估机械式停车设备的安全性及寿命准备数据.
In order to reduce and evaluate the safety hazards of key components of mechanical parking system,DH5972N is used to build the long-term online monitoring system by determining the measuring points,pasting strain gauges and connecting.The monitoring system eliminates the influence of adverse factors such as electromagnetic interference and humidity,and improves the stability and measurement accuracy of the monitoring system through strict process procedures.The scientific test plan is formulated to collect the real stress state of the metal structure during the operation of the mechanical parking system.The data is prepared for verifying the correctness and rationality of the design of the mechanical parking system and evaluating the safety and life of the mechanical parking system.
